What came first, the music or the misery? People worry about kids playing with guns, or watching violent videos, that some sort of culture of violence will take them over. I got about 80 gallons or so filled. I should be done by tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest. I will probably put live sand in the tank tonight or tomorrow.

Looks good so far.  Patience is needed now with starting up a new tank.

Just an update...The tank has been running for almost 2 weeks now, nitrite and ammonia still read 0. I have about 40 lbs of live sand and a rock in the tank so far. I'm going to start adding the sand from my plant tank into the 120 here shortly.

I also took the vortech out of the 55 and into the 120 and brought some tiny sea stars and snails into the 120 so there is some life in the tank now.

Im not by any means doubting your expertiese Teric, just wondering if the ambiant light form the door or window behind will pose any sort of problem? or am I seeing it wrong? just curious.

Later on I will have something to block the light. Right now I'm getting everything done to get the tank running and transferred.

I wish haha. The sunlight comming from there would produce way too much heat during the summer.
