LED Strips?
« on: October 28, 2009, 09:08:31 PM »
Anyone here using LED strips? How hard would they be to add to an existing fixture? Any links to where to buy some?
What came first, the music or the misery? People worry about kids playing with guns, or watching violent videos, that some sort of culture of violence will take them over. Nobody worries about kids listening to thousands, literally thousands of songs about heartbreak, rejection, pain, misery and loss

do you want these led strips for main lighting hoss? or just supplementry, i ask because you will see led strips available in stores as christmas is approaching, they will add a little background light and a shimmer for sure, if you want a quaility light then the tmc aquaray bar is a good addition, however they will cost a couple of hundred for a 12 watt bar.

mainly just supplemental. If I run these 150 watt aquamedics they dont have T5s so if I run a 14K bulb Id like some sort of "night" lighting on the tank. I figure I could just buy some strips and drill the plates on the light to make it nice and clean looking.
