So, I finally got around to taking some pictures. The water is still slightly cloudy since I added the sand yesterday, but youll get the idea.
For Flow I have 2x SEIO superflow pumps rated at 1000gph

I also ended up getting 7 blue-green reef chromis, but one died and my starfish ate it, so now I have 6. I may still get 3 more.
It is hard to see them, but they are there.

I finally got around to counting how many heads are on this frogspawn. Over 20. About a year and a half ago I got it with only 3.

Here is the plumbing on the right hand side of the tank.

When moving the tank around, I discovered coral I didnt even know I had, like this orange ric.

Overall I feel as though there is a good amount of flow in the tank and everything seems to be open and doing well.

On the right hand side of the tank shown below, I hope to add a few more large pieces of LR in the back and make the right rock column a bit taller.
