Hey folks,
If you've just joined us and need some help, please start a new thread in the appropriate forum. The biggest benefit to this is that you can get multiple points of view from folks with various levels of experience. I can assure you that I have personally made some very big mistakes since I started in this hobby, and so has everybody else here. Don't be embarrassed to start a thread, everybody here is eager to help you succeed.

Good way to put it Russ. You wont  find a single person here making fun of anyones tank or questions regarding their tank. This is one of very few sites with people as Russ said"eager" to help, not put down.

What came first, the music or the misery? People worry about kids playing with guns, or watching violent videos, that some sort of culture of violence will take them over. Nobody worries about kids listening to thousands, literally thousands of songs about heartbreak, rejection, pain, misery and loss

Its good to see so many people willing to help and offers advice. This sticky was posted by Russ to encourage guests and those looking for answers to join MRK and feel welcome from the get go. Encouraging ones to post a thread of their own can address the specific issue at hand and as Russ said to get more than 1 persons advice and ideas of remedies.

this thread has got me thinking actually russ, wonder if we staff should debate a forum especially for this type of thing, ive seen a similar thing on another site where newcommers who need help can do so in private and the posts can only be read by staff so they dont feel uncomfortable posting, they post in the forum, but get replies by e-mail or pm as the contents are invisible to members.
